The Charter Township of Shelby's Senior Center is now accepting applications for a part-time Bus Driver. Interested candidates must be available to work approximately 8-16 hours a week, Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00 pm. Applicants must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License. The hourly rate of pay for this position is $13.60, no benefits. 

Some duties associated with this classification include, but are not limited to:

• Inspect bus prior to using for the day
• Report any vehicle problems to the appropriate person
• Maintain and complete a log sheet for each day
• Prepare incident paperwork when necessary
• Provide transportation based on a daily schedule
• Assist in the office during down time
• Fuel bus as needed
• Inspect bus at the end of the day
